General Information
The Clymer Healing Center and Woodlands Healing Research Center are sister centers that treat patients from all over the world. While many of our patients are treated successfully as outpatients, Clymer Center offers a healing guest house with several private rooms for more comprehensive treatment of severe or complex conditions. This homelike environment located on the grounds in a country setting is conducive to healing and designed to speed recovery. For a small daily fee, inpatients can receive the full benefits of all active, passive and remedy therapies, as well as extensive diagnostic tests. This tranquil, retreat-like guest house is the perfect setting for reflection and optimal healing.
House Description
The guest house, called Poesnecker Hall in honor of Dr. Gerald Poesnecker, is conveniently located next to the Clymer Healing Center and is within walking distance of Woodlands Healing Research Center. You will find a well maintained home with modest comfortable furnishings. Fragrance and chemical-free products are used in an attempt to keep irritants at a low level. That said, those with more severe chemical sensitivities would still need to pre-screen the facility for tolerance.
There are 4 private bedrooms. The community areas consist of a sitting room, living room, kitchen, and 1 ½ baths. All bedrooms are furnished with a clock CD/radio, linens and air conditioning. Each room has its own special view of the Clymer grounds and nearby lily pad pond. There is a fully functional kitchen with an electric stove, two refrigerators, toaster oven, microwave oven and various small appliances. Available for guest use is a color TV with a VCR/DVD player and a computer with high speed internet access. Local phone service is available. It is recommended that you bring along a phone calling card for long distance and international calling. There is easy access to a first floor washer and dryer.

We provide weekly cleaning of the community areas. For those without transportation, we offer weekly trips to the local grocery store and nearby shops.
Additional
Food shopping, meal preparation and special transportation arrangements are available at an additional charge.

Air: We are near two international airports Philadelphia (PHL) and Lehigh Valley (LVIA).
Train/Bus: There is service from Philadelphia and New York City to Quakertown or nearby towns. Contact us for additional information.
Meal Planning
The kitchen gives each person the ability to maintain their own unique dietary needs. You will have access to nearby supermarkets that offer a variety of organic produce and products. In addition, there are local farms that offer fresh organic, pastured, grass-feed meats and raw dairy.

We have two size rooms.
Twin rooms are $55.00/night.
Queen rooms are $65.00/night.
