What is the Clymer Healing Center?Clymer Center is a non-profit, humanitarian care facility devoted to providing affordable, quality health care with the goal of natural healing. Founded by a group of innovative medical professionals, including the late Dr. Gerald E. Poesnecker, the center has grown to be one of the most well known holistic resources in the world.Specializing in Chronic Fatigue SyndromeCompassionate Care for the Chronic Fatigue CommunitySince 1958, the Clymer Center has devoted most of its resources to discerning a cause, providing information about and treatment for the devastating symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia. A pioneer in this endeavor, our founder, Dr. Poesnecker devoted his nearly 50 years as a physician to treating patients, managing the Center and authoring many books on the subject of healing. The Clymer Center focused on alternative and holistic methods long before they became popular. Today, the medical specialists at the center continue this work, helping patients from all over the world to recover when orthodox treatments fail. The staff helps mind, body and spirit heal. They recognize the unique needs of individual patients and offer highly specialized therapies to help reclaim lives. A unique blend of classic naturopathy and chiropractic with innovative, ultra-modern techniques such as low light laser therapy and SkaSys® bioenergetic testing are used to achieve results. How patients receive treatment is flexible. Outpatients may request an Adrenal Stress Index test and remedy therapies may be recommended. For more comprehensive evaluationand treatment, Clymer Center offers two guest houses.
